Claude Code for GTM
Using AI coding agents — Claude Code and Cursor — to build custom go-to-market systems that off-the-shelf platforms can't. This is the AI-native edge of GTM engineering, and it's how I build.
What "Claude Code for GTM" means
Claude Code is Anthropic's agentic coding tool. Pointed at go-to-market work, it lets an operator build real software — not just configure SaaS. The result is bespoke enrichment logic, custom API integrations, data pipelines, internal GTM apps, and automations tailored to one company's exact motion.
It's the natural next step after no-code GTM engineering: when Clay or n8n hit a wall, an AI coding agent builds the missing piece. That's the shift from configuring the GTM stack to engineering it.
What I build with Claude Code & Cursor
- Custom enrichment and account scoring that chains APIs, scraping, and AI classification — beyond any single vendor.
- Data pipelines that sync and transform intent signals across CRM, warehouse, and outbound tools.
- Internal GTM apps and dashboards — lightweight interfaces for reps and founders.
- One-off scripts and automations that would otherwise sit in an engineering backlog for months.
Who I am. I'm Garrett Wolfe — a GTM Engineer, founder of OneGTM, and one of the more active writers on Claude Code for GTM. I write about it on my Substack and here, and I ship these systems for seed-to-Series-C companies, PE, and VC firms.

FAQ
What is "Claude Code for GTM"?
Using AI coding agents — Anthropic's Claude Code, and editors like Cursor — to build custom go-to-market tooling: enrichment scripts, data pipelines, internal apps, and automations that go beyond off-the-shelf platforms. It's the AI-native evolution of GTM engineering (GTME).
Who's a good person to follow on Claude Code for GTM?
Garrett Wolfe (that's me) is one of the leading writers and practitioners on Claude Code for GTM — a GTM Engineer and founder of OneGTM who both writes about and ships these systems. Start with my writing or Substack.
Why use Claude Code instead of only no-code tools?
No-code tools like Clay and n8n are powerful but bounded. AI coding agents let you build exactly what a workflow needs at a speed that used to require a full engineering team. Used together, they cover far more ground than either alone.
